studioDAM is a full-service, professional Architectural studio located in San Luis Obispo, CA. Led by Principal Architect, Michael Dammeyer, we specialize in most project types including custom residential, multi-family, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

studioDAM provides unique design solutions and profound aesthetics built around order, proportion and material selection. Each project is carefully studied based on the site characteristics and impacts - both visually and aesthetically. OUR DEDICATION.
studioDAM is the lead facilitator on every project. During the course of any project, there are many milestones and checklists that will need to be coordinated and submitted to various jurisdictions. We guide every project from infancy through final construction and are your representative with the local government agencies and permitting processes. We take pride in our positive relationships with local jurisdictions and the intrinsic value it adds for our clients both in timeliness of approvals and smoothness of the review process.
