During this phase, dialogues are opened with consultants and local jurisdictions to define the project roadmap.

In perhaps the most exciting phase of our project approach, the development of the project vision, constraints, challenges, site relationships and aesthetics are brought to life. Our clients are able to move through and about the project utilizing imagery software to further evaluate the project aesthetics and site relationships. This collaborative review aids in moving the overall vision to project specific detailing.
